Got a 92 Mitsubishi Galant, changed the radiator cap made no difference. Fluid slowly comes threw the line and then doesn’t flow completely back in the reservoir (only drips a bit). I hear no sucking, car doesn’t overheat. what’s my issue.

Get a new thermostat.
