I have a 2001 passat 1.8t. Ive replaced the head gasket and fully rebuilt and port and polished the head. and rebuilt the turbo many times. and even ried a bigger turbo. but i cant seem to get any pwer out f it. The n75 solinoid is holding back the boost on it. is there a way i can reflash the ecm or something to get more power out of it? without buying the expensive software.

You should’ve gotten rid of it, the moment you came across the very first issue.
At some point, you’ve got to stop throwing good money after bad..!!
