My dad's 2017 Volvo s60 t5 dynamic has these problems
The A/C system is cool sometimes and cold in other days. So is blowing so so cold in his car but is not blowing freezing cold
The driver side windows button lights started to flicker on them and won't go on at night time

Update I mean the car only has 39,083 miles on the odometer can it be junk or what does he need to do

It will probably be just fine. It is normal for air conditioners to do this as they build up pressure and then move it through the system. If it gets too bad take it to a mechanic to get it pressure tested. Don't worry too much... the engine will probably last forever but that window switch might not. 🙂
