where can I find parts for a 1974 International

I was just curious, I’m currently working on a 1974 international 100 manual 4x4 and having trouble finding parts, do you know of anyone out there that sells parts for these types of trucks? Any tips and trick to look for while working on this truck?

Ok and another question, cause I’ve been searching all over YouTube, how the heck do you replace a ignition for the same vehicle, I can’t seem to find anything!!!
