Hey I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 ls with 114,000 miles and my truck is pulling to the right I went to my local mavis and they did my alignment but I got my truck back and it’s still pulls to the right they said I need tries that my fries are from 2015 but i feel like they still have some tread but not sure they also said the sides have dry rot could needing new fries be why my truck is pulling to the right they told me many thing that could be wrong with my truck but it kept Changing they told me it my rack and pinion and then it’s a wheel hub and the last thing they said it was is my pitman arms I just got the truck worked on at my local mechanic he did my brakes and my tie rods and now the truck pulls and it started to wobble a little while driving. Tire tread isn't everything
Run the palm of your hand over the tire treads and feel for something like this:

Have you tried rotating the tires and see if anything changes?
Check the bearings and steering to make sure it's tight?
Sounds you like you need a more experienced mechanic though.
