Can stick-shift standard transmission vehicles of now-a-days be push-started like the old vehicles?

Yes but sometimes you'll have to bypass the neutral switch on the clutch pedal to get ignition.

A lot of newer models that offer a stick option still have a push start it’s just that instead of the stop lamp switch being required to start the car it’s the clutch position switch

For example the new civic si is manual transmission and it has push to start so yeah it's definitely possible and it is being made.
