Scotty, I love your videos. I am buying a 2001 Lexus ES 300 with 109,000 miles. I don't know if the timing belt has been changed. Should I? Also, it has a rattle the dealer says is a bad driver side strut. Not sure if it is leaking or bad mount. He's discounting over $500 if I fix it myself. I like Rock Auto prices. What strut assembly would you recommend, front and maybe rear at same time? Also, I have no experience with ceramic brake pads. Can I or should I install them? Any issues with rotors? Rotor hardness?

KYB makes good struts and they're made in japan. Ceramic brake pads are amazing and don't produce so much dust. I won't hurt your rotors.
