Question about Radiator

Scotty,

I've noticed a lot of people in my town starting to drive without their grille & bumper cover on resulting in leaving the radiator exposed. Is there a benefit of this? Or is it just a style/trend going around?

That's called the "I rear-ended someone and don't have proper insurance on this jalopy to get this fixed" trend.

Seriously, it's a bad idea. You leave your radiator much more vulnerable to debris like rocks, etc. that can damage it. You also are exposing it to direct sun. It is plastic, so as we all know, it will crack prematurely if left exposed in the heat.

Not recommended basically.
