Hi Scotty,

What is your opinion about the QuickJack portable car lift? Like the ones they sell at Costco.

https://www.costco.com/quickjack-7%2c000-lb-capacity-slx-portable-car-lift-bundle.product.100696819.html

I have a CrownVic, Mustang, and Highlander. I'm thinking this could work well...

Regards,

Paul.

They cost 20x more than a set of ramps and perform the same function. Plus it looks like they get right in the way of where you need to work.

What kind of work do you need it for?  I always felt they were priced high for what they do (viewed in that context) and price wise starting to approach 2 post lift territory.  As a matter of fact, I’d recommend the MaxJak as a better investment depending on how much work you plan to do on your car.  Both products are under Bendpak - a good company - so that is a plus!

Thank you all. I was just curious. I'll probably get some good ramps for oil changes, and try to find a very good jack and stands for everything else that I do.

HomeDepot has the same thing for:  $1399

I would not trust it. The car on that thing doesn't seem to be secure.
