R33 Skyline GTST vibration frequency coasting down in neutral

I have a Nissan R33 skyline GT manual with 113k km on it. The car started having a vibration issue when coasting down other than the rotors. It is the worst when getting down to under 30mph. I heard this exact same problem on a test drive of a 2011 Nissan versa. The wheel vibrates, and a metal frequency is audible. It does it when not pressing the brake pedal, so it can't be the rotors.

Check your tyres. How old are they? Does the noise go away when you swap your front tyres with the backs?

If that doesn’t help, watch Scotty’s video on finding the source of car noises & pinpoint the location of the noise.

check the wheel bearings.

I've never had a vibration issue even with bad bearings, it is possible and doesnt hurt to change them

Take tire off, check ALL suspension, bearing etc. If bearing check good, don't change them. Repeat other side. You'll likely identify something. Scotty has vidy on doing this too btw.

It had 6 Brand new tires lately. Nothing to do with the tires. I regret taking the Bridgestone Nextrys off from 2017.

There is no way to trace this noise without scotty there, I'm thinking It could be the driveshaft, transmission to shaft connection, diff, or axles.

This is the video which I was referring to - https://youtu.be/Wy5nqh3LSs4

I wish that could do something but there is no loud noise under the car.

To say "it can't be the rotors" ignores the fact that rotors wear uneven and will give a "vibration" or pulsing when stopping.  Many people have paid for rotor turning because of a vibration.

I DIDNT MEAN WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED, I KNOW IT NEEDS A RESURFACING ANYWAYS.
