Hello. I have a Suzuki Liana M18A engine 2006 manual with kms 238963, used car from a Private party. The question is, This car have two radiator fans, one on the drivers side is working when i turn on the A/C and the one on the passenger side is not spinning. Is there anything i should change or is it normal not to spin while car is on idling?. My coolant is okay, radiator is in good condition but when i drive for a long period of time the engine starts to smoke. Is it the problem with the fan not spinning? Or something else.

it really depends on how everything is wired up, and the temperature of your coolant

Often the fans are configured so that one spins normally, and the other comes on at a higher temperature set point.

Find your wiring diagram on charm.li and read your engine coolant temperature (ECT) with a diagnostic tool.

out of where? a lot of things can smoke (or steam). Is the engine seeping oil down onto the hot exhaust?

That model is not sold in the U.S. so it is unlikely anyone here is familiar with it. You might want to start your diagnosis by testing the non-working fan by connecting it directly to 12 volts to see if the fan motor is good.
