I have a 1984 Corvette 5.7l automatic and at random speeds and random temperatures the engine just dies.
I've checked for codes. None.
I've recently replaced plugs,wires,fuel filter cap &rotor, ignition coil, ignition module, starter,
And every time it dies, it starts right back up and drives great..I get home clean and throttle body then it's fine for a day or 2 then happens again
Any suggestions PLEASE.

Check the fuel pump pressure, clean or replace the TB injectors.

I had this issue before, turns out it was a loose battery cable.
Check there possibly.
