Rattling noise when engine starts

Scotty, when I start the car after a long time I hear a brushing or rattling noise but it goes off when I turn the car off and start up again after 10 minutes....Honda Accord 2015 LX 2.4L 4 cylinder with 135000 kms🙏

You have a serpentine belt running your accessories; power steering, ac, etc.  The timing is controlled by a chain, tensioners and guides.
