I have a 2020 Toyota corolla le. There was a nasty rattle coming from the roof. After dealing with one dealership that wanted to charge me money to fix the problem I complained to Toyota and they set up another appointment up for me at another dealership. Within 5 minutes of inspection they found out that the front strut was defective and causing a vibration to go up through the vehicle making it sound like something was lose in the roof. I know this is not a question but I thought this information might help another person out there.
Great thanks for sharing I guess it just shows that even Toyota quality isn't what it used to be
Finally, a dealership that did the right thing, shocking!
would be nice if Toyota got it right the first time around.
At least the dealership that did the work, did it right.
I saw that. I wish I would have named the dealership so they could have been shamed for their "work"
