I have a Np200 Nissan 1.6 petrol 2016 model which has 163000km on the clock. The car had an engine overhaul a month ago. Now I hear a metallic rattling noise which comes when I accelerate. Ive checked my exhaust system and suspension but no luck. What could be an issue with this car? This sound I hear it in the morning when I first start the car and as it idle it goes away. Same sound comes back when I press accelerator and quietly when I lift up my foot.

how about when it's parked and you rev the engine. Do you hear it then?
In all, or only some gears?
