Is the C1223 often due to the C0215
In other words once will abs light go out once the speed sensor is fixed?
And what should I do to figure out what the problem is?

step 1: diagnostics. What are the speed readings?
step 2: inspect ...
does anything look out of place ... are the wires/connector damaged, corroded or just unplugged. Is the sensor crooked or fall out of its mount ... did it fall apart ... is it covered in dirt or rust... etc.
Then you can pull out your multimeter and start taking measurements.
