2011 rav 4 - 2.5 engine. Awd. 155,000 miles. No codes on scanner. 

ISSUE: Car idles rough and shakes car when in drive when stopped at red light when at operating temp.  Car does not do it immediately after stopping but a few seconds in.  The engine idle speed drops to around 580 rpms or so and then it will shake and vibrate.  The idle speed will then pick back up and depending on the time stopped at idle in drive will do it again.  Idle is also rougher when no accessories are on and the engine is idling slower. Seems to do the worst when engine is warm.

This began a month ago.  I replaced the spark plugs and it went away for a short time but has returned.  This time replacing the spark plugs has not helped.

Done this week:

• throttle body cleaned 8/17
• mass air flow sensor cleaned 8/17
• Mass air flow sensor replaced 8/24
• oil and filter changed (8/17)
• spark plugs changed with new ones (gapped at .44) (8/17) replaced again with iridium plugs 8/24
• New spark plug coils 8/24
• new air filter July 2022
• Throttle body cleaned 8/24 and entire tube removed
• Both vvt solenoids replaced 8/24
• moved coil packs around between cylinders 8/17
• new battery (8/17)
• fuel system cleaner approx 2 weeks ago
• swapped fuel brands - filled with 93
