Rav4 2012 Problem

Good night Scotty, I have a 2012 Toyota Rav4, with 157,600 miles, when buying this car I made the mistake of going alone to the Dealer where they sold it to me, well at the beginning everything was fine, until I felt a vibration when I was driving the car on around 60 miles per hour, I took it to a mechanic and he told me that I had a broken Rear Driveshaft that was not working, it seems that due to the shock it had in the back it bent and that is why it was giving the vibrations, and he also told me that the Rear Differential  I was also off-set, well I went to another mechanic to get a second opinion because these fixes are expensive, the other mechanic tells me that the driveshaft was off-set but that the rear differential was fine.  Now I do not know who to believe, I have noticed a sound like it comes from behind the tires, I already changed the brakes but it continues to give this sound that I hear in the tires at the back, it will not be the tires or the rear differential, it is like one  sharp scratchy sound that when driving in acceleration happens, I already changed all the oils, including the rear differential .... I really don't know what my rav4 has.  I need help.  Thank you very much scotty.

At least both mechanics agree on the driveshaft. start with that and see if that fixes the issue.

Hello yaser i addressed the issue but the noise still there and i already change the brake pads.

Did you check the wheel bearing?

I did not im going to check that. Thanks
