I have a 2008 rav4 V6 with 158,000 miles. On two instances two months apart, I have all 6 cylinders misfiring upon startup. however, shutting the car off, then restarting fixes the misfiring and it runs great. I have a code reader, and pulled codes for a misfire on every cylinder (PO301, PO302, PO303, PO304, PO305, PO306) along with multiple cylinder misfire (PO300)
