I have a Toyota Rav4 2.2D man. 2011 with 80000mls (In the uk) and find the suspension quite harsh. Is there a better set of Shocks and Springs that I could fit that would give me a better ride?

Monroe Sensa Trac, Bilstein B4 are designed to give a softer ride in jeeps or suv's. Don't expect the comfort of a larger Audi or BMW saloon though!

Its always been like it since I owned it just over 1 year now.
Your shocks may be worn out. In order to find out, test drive a similar car. Also as @Conal lane said, you should not expect a soft luxury suv or even a sedan.
