Hey scotty i’m planning on replacing the lower control arm on my 2003 bmw 330xi because the outer ball joint is bad and it’s non serviceable. My control arm bushings are only a few months old i’m wondering when i put the new arm on can i re use the bushing?

Absolutely not, buy the complete control arm which includes the bushing.
Also get a set of sway bar links as well.
They should run you an extra $10 bucks or so.......

you'll probably destroy the bushings trying to press them out

TECHNICALLY, assuming you got them out in one piece, it would be physically possible.
However, do NOT reuse them. It's just bushings and they aren't made to be messed with and taken on and off a bunch of times.
