Scotty, I need new rear struts for a 2009 Lexus Rx350. Should I do a full strut, or just the bare shock? Should I go with OEM, or is aftermarket OK?

KYB complete strut. Changed all 4 of them on my 08 Highlander (which is same as RX350). Huge difference from the 13 yr old oems.

I would do them all, since the front are that old. There is nothing wrong with after market as long as you get a quality unit.
