- Hi scooty my brother in law has a 2001 Acura Integra and his engine blew out and he doesn’t know if he should rebuild it or buy a whole new engine the car has 9,000 miles.

The engine blew with 9k original miles on it?
What exactly happened?

I really doubt a car that old has that small amount of miles Honda engines which make Acuras are excellent and it would not blow up that fast. But being that old you might try a rebuilt engine if he wants to because fixing those engines is very complex and few people really know how to rebuild them anymore on the car only pros in a factory do a decent job
