Recently purchased a 2021 camry se, wanted to change the oil after the break in period so I took it to the dealership to change the oil and oil filter, the advisor told me if I got the oil change now it will void the Toyota Care, he recommended me to add an additive in-order to prolong the life span of the oil.Any recommendations?I just want to change the oil and filter because I do not want any problems down the line due to possible metal shrapnel's left in the engine but if I change the oil now I am told that it will void my toyota care.

No do not add any additives to your oil if the car is brand new. That's just typical on what a dealer would do. If your car is due for an oil change now, you can do it yourself.

Toyota care is a 2 years or 25,000 mile free maintenance plan that comes with a new Toyota. It isn't the warranty. I just ended mine with my 2019 4Runner I bought in July 2019. I haven't driven it much so I got a free oil change and tire rotation in July 2020 and another in July 2021. I'm on my own now. I guess if you ask for a oil change right after break in it messes up their little plan for maintenance.

I asked the little girl service advisor if they would grease all the grease points and she said they would. I doubt if they did.

Don't ever trust a dealer.  If their lips are moving, they are lying.  Change the oil and filter yourself or get an independent mechanic.  How many miles on the car?  What is this supposed "break in period?"
