No crank no start with a good battery and a good starter. A whole new grounding system.. with the battery there’s no parasitic drain with the battery. The neutral safety switch is good.
Where is the relays for the starter on a 2007 Honda pilot?

It's in the fuse box left of the steering wheel. You can look at any YouTube video to show you actual pictures of it
