Hey Scotty. I got a 2011 Lexus RX350 with 150,000 miles. How do I reset the check engine light that's been on for a while. I changed the oil hoping it goes off. But it's still on.

You get the check engine light to turn off by repairing the problem(s) that caused it to turn on in the first place. What are the codes that led you to believe that changing the oil would have any effect?

For a while? I sure hope you didn't ignore a trouble warning light.
What exactly does the light or message look like? What does the manual say about it?
