I have a 2017 Nissan Maxima 70k miles and whenever I push the car hard when I roll down the windows, I smell rotten eggs and my car doesn't really get good gas mileage. I Checked oxygen sensors 2 on both banks and there the same voltage 1.27v they don't change even when i hit the gas idk if thats normal or not

Well it's certainly not normal. Rotten egg generally means the catalytic converters have been destroyed by sulfur. And if they are destroyed the oxygen sensors are going to give weird data. Nissan's are known for crappy catalytic converters
