Good afternoon, 1) i love your vids. Very helpful. 2) i have a 09 corolla. When i start the engine, sounds rough and seems to jump a little. When i accelerate it's loud and sort of grinding noise. Once i ease off the gas, the rough sound stops. Any and all info you can give will be greatly appreciated. {black}:pray:

Often worn variable valve timing does that but if the timing chain tensioner isn't tensioning it right because the oil got dirty and clogged it up you might try an engine motor flush and then sometimes noise will go away. But if it's actually in the variable valve timing mechanism you would have to take the engine apart and it's a very expensive repair
