I got a 1999 Tacoma automatic 2wd with 276k and it had ideal itself to 5k rmps and I turned it off and it wouldn’t turn on then I finally started after cranking it and I got it home and it wouldn’t start In 2 weeks till I got a reader and it read P0115/P0420/P1700/them P1700pd the transmission code is a sensor so I cut the converter and it started and I could go right now and start it no miss fire but it’s idealing very crazy going from 500 to 2000 then bouncing up and down at 1k I’m wondering if I need to unplug the o2 sensor or go ahead and buy the engine control module? Thank you
