2013 Lexus IS250c, 101,000 miles
The car started running rough at idle, slight shaking. It seems like a misfire
My mechanic changed the spark plugs and coils and the problem persists.
I have run several tanks of gas through it and have added injector cleaner, gas dry, etc.
What are we missing?

Are there currently any codes, or have there been any codes indicating misfires, or did your mechanic just guess and load the parts cannon?

You need to start with checking the live data (fuel trims, oxygen sensors reading, MAF sensor).
