Hello Scotty, I have an 05 Lexus RX 330, 143,500 miles. I have been having a rough idle at about 2200 RPM on cold start the last month or so. The car idles around 800 RPM when the engine is warm. Not sure what is going on. There is no check engine light and the car passes all the diagnostic tests according to my mechanic. What are some simple things I can do to fix the problem? Or is a rough idle not going to hurt the engine? Thanks!

Clean the MAF sensor to start.
