Rough Idle on V6 Accord EXL 2009

Hi, I have codes PO304, 305, 306 and multiple miss fire cylinders showing on my scanner and it idles pretty rough when it first starts, sometimes i can even smell a trace of gas if my window is down when starting, so outside smell.  It now has 260,000 km but at 220,000km, i had severe engine problems so the local dealership redid/fixed 2 or 3 pistons, they claim there was debris in the cylinders and changed the timing belt at the same time.  the car drove fine prior to the engine failure, there was no warning before the dash light up like a christmas tree and lost most of the power, needed a tow.  So that was 40k/km ago...  Since then, I had the fuel sensor replaced, and probably 10k/km ago i had the 6 plugs changed.  Currently there is no Engine light on but i can feel the rough idle and my scanner is showing miss fires on most cylinders... the car is in top shape besides this but i don't want to start dumping more cash in it... do you think it's arrived at it's end or it's something decently simple?  Just afraid to end up with a same $2500 bill from only 40k/km ago.

And the last time i was at the shop, they didn't feel confident to start the diagnostic, they just said it runs fine and showing multiple miss fires.. haha...is there a valid reason for the no interest?

Thank you,

Swap the coils from fa faulty cylinder (e.g. #6) to a good one and see if the code follows. Of it did, the ignition coil is the issue, otherwise, find an honest mechanic to check the car before throwing parts into it. By the way, are the codes related to the same pistons they worked on?

Well check the obvious things like ignition coils spark plugs vacuum leaks and pray that they didn't do a half ass job when they rebuilt part of the engine. It's really a mistake rebuilding part of an engine because if one parts warned the other parts are soon to go. Good luck

Thank you very much for your comments... I needed some confirmation to start looking for a low mileage CRV and give this old gale to someone else to dump cash in.  haha.  And to answer your question, it's showing misfiring on all but after 20 or 30 seconds of idle time it idles smooth, but I got my confirmation.. i'm done with it.  thanks again!
