I have a rough idle only when sitting at idle. I took the car to a shop they told me the throttle body needed to be replaced. I had them replace it. I picked the car up it was running good for about 2 miles then started to run rough at a stop light I noticed the RPMs was fluctuating between 600 to 800 rpms. I do not have any faults. I have replaced the spark plugs, ignition coils, VVT solenoid (exhaust side)

Did those parts test as bad, or is that just a parts cannon approach? Was the new throttle body OEM or aftermarket?
There are many things can cause rough idle. Has live data been checked for clues?
Could be anything, including a vacuum leak.
