What do you suggest i use to loosen a rounded brake caliper bolt? Space is tight because of the brake line.

I had good luck with putting the torch to it then use channel locks.

Use a grinder or hand file to put some flat sides on it, then use a wrench of the appropriate size.
Alternatively, weld a nut to it.
