My RPM dial is bouncing while I’m driving or at idle. When I’m going at a consistent speed it goes from 1 to 3 back down to 1 and or I just shakes at 1 . I have asked around and some of my guys are saying it’s the sparks plugs and I looked it up and it said it might me the idle air intake sensor. So I’m not sure what it could be.

Try cleaning the MAF, and the Throttle body, and then do a Idle Air Relearn Procedure.

I think it's a problem with the dial itself
