Have a swapped ls1 with 4l60e with low miles 27k. In to a 54 f100 with original dana44 with about 1/4 inch back lash. I have a medium sound winning noise which goes away when I let off on the accelerator about 20-50 mph and comes back with acceleration . The drive shaft is new with new u-joints. Any ideas causing the noise? Thanks in advance.

We don't generally deal with that kind of custom job here. However, my suspicion would be noise from the rear axle. You can use a noise-finding device like those that Scotty has demonstrated to zero in on the source.
