Hey scotty fan of your channel. But quick question... i have a 1996 buick roadmaster and its running rich. Now i changed spark plugs,spark plugs wires, oil, oil filter plus o2 sensor. I Also seen that passenger side muffler its black and it spits fuel from exhaust and also it ruff idels and it buks plus my gas runs by fast. What should i do next?

well that sounds like a bad misfire on bank 2.
