Im having a problem with my 2000 civic si im running rich fuel I already changed the o2 sensor bank 1 im still getting the engine light on and same code too not what to do next

Generally those things run rich if a fuel injectors need pressure cleaning try doing that first. Also if it has a mass air flow sensor take that out and clean that with mass air flow sensor cleaner

Smoke check for vacuum leaks. Check for air leak after mass air flow sensor...that will upset air/fuel ratio. Exhaust leak will upset oxygen sensor...as will damaged wiring...melted on exhaust.
