2011 rx350 awd 105,000 miles : Steering wheel clatter when on rough or gravel road. Dealer recommends steering column replacement, there is a service bulletin on problem. Is there any adjustments or repair available or is replacement required?

If the noise is so bad, I would go for the replacement.
