Dear Scotty,
I've landed a deal on a 2007 Scion tC, manual trans, with a clean title and 140k milage under the belt for $3500.
What ls your advice to look for while evaluating the car besides checking the usuals (error codes, transmission, engine, bodyworks...etc), and are those cars worth it.
I an going to use this car as a short daily commuter.
Here's a link forinfo to guide you - it looks like oil burning is the #1 problem, but don't forget to check for the usual - good title, no accidents, etc.

Thank you very much Glen, appreciate your kind comment.
Those have the defective oil burning engines. If you're wanting a tC, fine! But be sure to keep an eye on the oil levels and don't expect it to be a racecar.
