I have 2019 Honda Civic, I have noticed that over the last 6 weeks I have been loose a tenth of a mile per gallon, what could be causing that. I changed the air filter , but that didnt help AAA told me about 6 onth ago I needed to change the spark plugs...could that be the issue?

if your spark plugs are worn out (very easy to inspect yourself), then you need to replace them. Yes, pretty much any worn engine components will impact its efficiency.
