What should be done if Muffler and Gaskets, and Rear Main Seal, and left Rear Axle are all starting to seep in a 2011 Toyota RAV4 6cylinder vehicle ?

Well, of course replacing the parts is the best thing to do. But if the room ain't seal, the engine is leaking. You might try at 205 reseal which you pour into the engine. That can help. And if the axes are leaking that the transmission, you can also put it in there to see if it helps. Of course the only permanent fix is to replace bad seals
