Hi! I have a problem when I start the car in the morning I hear a loud squeal noise from the belt area upon starting then immediately vanishes. Should i change my serpentine belt immediately? I hear no noises when driving.

It could be the belt or it could be any of the various driven, idler or tensioner pulleys. With the old belt off, spin the pulleys on the ac compressor, alternator, power steering, idler, etc. to feel for any roughness or noise.

Yes, change the belt.
It's slipping on the alternator which has to work hard when you first start.
