My question is this
SR18035 DODGE B 350 WAGON
Can I get a servo steering on this which works like the regular chevy steering so I can look away for 1 second w/o crashing the car since the steering is so over powered on the dodge van.
+ can I slap a 5.3 vortec engine and a 4L60E transmission on and will it fit and work of course thanks in advance for your answer

I don't know if you can, but you have my permission. Hopefully you have a lot of free time and a big bank account. Make sure you post photos of your progress.
