Hey Scotty I have a 1993 F150 Flareside with a V8 302 EFI engine and a AOD automatic Transmission i bought the car 2 months ago and the car seems to have trouble going up hills and when i acelérate between 20-30mph and it shakes as if it’s struggling I have changed the torque converter, spark plugs, ignition coil, wires, throttle position sensor, And a lot more other air sensors but I cannot nail what it is causing the shaking please help

Given that you're dealing with a 30-year-old vehicle you might want to do a compression test or leakdown test to verify internal engine condition.
