2020 elantra rear shocks bad...should the fixed shock top bumper mount be replaced too or can the original be used? Thanks

Is it difficult to get to?
Is the part expensive?
The shock is worn out....I didn't remove shock yet....I have 100000 miles on a 2020 elantra...not difficult to get at.... mount ( which doesn't move like a strut mount, it's kind of like a bumper is the best way to describe it)... it is pretty expensive
I meant is the bumper worn out. If not then leave it.
Okay...I'll have to remove and check ..I think it's just like a chunk of rubber
