I have a 2016 toyota rav4 with 43000 miles. Battery is 4 1/2 years old. Voltage when not running is 12.0V. Cranking voltage is about 7 volts. Car seems to start ok. Should I replace battery?

Test it. If it fails, replace it. My original Delco battery in my Venture served me well for 14 years. Your investment may vary.

To pass a load test, the battery must maintain 9.6 volts for 15 seconds when tested at one-half the CCA rating @70°F (or above).
Most battery dealers will test yours for free.
Time is a not reliable gauge of condition.
