seller says v6 engine is good they had junk yard quote for tranny $250 seller says it moves and driveable should i take a chance and fix either used or rebuild tranny? any advise

The seller says the engine is good? Are you kidding? $250 for a junkyard transmission that's probably worse than the one that's in it? Are you still kidding me? How much does this Honest Seller want for this pile of junk? Keep looking.
