From private party that has a junk yard with multiple vehicles. 2005 Mercury grand marquis $1,100 108,000 miles should I buy??? Just had oil change and them aligned

Does it have a clear title? Can you have at least a compression test done by a mechanic?
Yea clean title and I got a couple mechanics that can do that

It's hard to go wrong for that price if it runs and drives OK. If it only lasts a year you're still ahead of the game.
