2006 Chevy 2500HD 4x4 WT belonged to a maintenance company and there’s no sign of rust anywhere except the back bumper. 129,000 miles $8500. If it checks out ok could it be a good second hand non daily driver?

Yes - this is the last year I think before they starting using that stupid AFM system. Have it checked out.
